Excellent coffee, excellent staff, quiet (good for conversation or just chilling out) while I was there late morning. It's in the back of the building, you can enter directly from outside - look for the patio umbrellas. If you order drip coffee in a mug you can get free refills (even tho the register says otherwise when they ring it up.) I love the feel of a ceramic cup instead of paper. Their pastries are all excellent but all croissant-based, aside from muffins and bagels. Wish they had something more cake-like - coffee cake? lemon bars? A minor quibble.

Was looking for a coffee shop in PS to do some work and get a really good drink, Ristretto checked both of those boxes. A quiet ambience in an office building lead for a great location to focus. They also have outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the mountain. I ordered an iced dirty chai and a croissant, both were great. The brunette working was super sweet and is doing a great job. Will come back!

Authentic French pastries, perfectly crafted coffee drinks, friendly staff, clean eating areas, what more can you ask for? Ristretto has it all for a quick or leisurely breakfast, snack, or lunch. A must go!!

Great coffee and bakery selections but don't understand their rationale in changing the opening time to 7:00am during the summer months. Many, like us, walk earlier to avoid the heat. Sorry, but we cannot patronize until they revert to an earlier opening.

I walked down to the coffee shop from doctor's appointment. I was so surprised by the wonderful taste of this coffee. In addition they have a very large selection of pastries. Overall I would have a recommend this place if you're in the area.

Their pastries are just amazing, they bake them there! The service is very good, the ambience is inviting and relaxing, I love when I go to a place and employees are not running around. The view outside has a majestic mountain to watch. The coffee was bitter for our taste, but still it was better than other coffee shops in town. We would go back.

A nice find! A very attractive coffee shop in downtown Palm Springs. For my first visit, I walked here from our VRBO on a gorgeous "winter" day and was delighted to find this friendly coffee shop. It has a great selection of coffee drinks (ristretto being a special type of an espresso), and pastries. There is indoor and outdoor seating. A nice pleasant spot for a coffee break.

New ownership, new soul!! Or finally one! And owner and sons operated. Raphael has brought his Belgian flair with scrumptious new pastries -try the belgian cook! Same look overall but with a new and more welcoming open counter to display those irresistible baked goods and facilitate interaction with the friendly staff!

I had a pretty decent bagel and lox, with red onions and capers. It was fairly priced and I will probably go again because of the short turnaround service. Everything tasted pretty fresh... I asked them to dig the inside of the everything bagel out for me and toast it twice and they were able to accommodate. That's, by far, much better service than I have received from many other restaurants regarding this specific request.

Certainly a cute coffee shop with high potential. I've been coming here with every Palm Springs visit and I do admit, my past experiences were far greater then my latest attempt. Pros: clean interior, outdoor patio with umbrellas, plentiful indoor seating and great parking as the location is inside a larger building with other stores and a former bank. Cons: This specific visit, I ordered a veggie quiche to which I was informed they had it but it wasn't good so they didn't suggest it (sigh). I then moved on to attempt the breakfast burrito and a Valentine's special drink "Tuxedo Mocha" and paid for both. I was then informed that they were out of the burrito and offered me the Veggie Scramble instead. They then had to comp me a little extra money back. I will say that the barista and chef in the back had a wonderful poise and attitude about them despite the inconvenience. The barista even had some fun with me and surprised me with extra chocolate syrup on the mocha. Perhaps this was an off day for the shop and it wouldn't necessarily prevent me from returning.
